This app is almost useless if you use the memory chip in the camera (instead of paying every month for the Wansview cloud storage). There is no way to see video stored in the camera - NONE. Also, as far as I can tell, there is no way to change the settings for the camera. This extremely limited app is only useful for seeing the live camera feed - and *stills* from alerts. The iOS app is the only way, apparently, to see the videos recorded during alerts.

I have been using the iOS version for about a month, with 2 cameras. I am extremely pleased with the Cinnado B6 camera, and the design and operation of the app. I had a previous subscription-based product, and decided that since I had some spare SD cards just sitting on my desk, to give this company a try. The MAC app: The picture is crystal clear. I can access both cameras. I can view the short videos recorded to the SD card, and choose to delete them, or pass them over to Photo (apple). I only need my cameras to capture and record: deer eating my shrubs; pesky solicitors; religious solicitors; occasional bears and bobcats; neighborhood boys that do “ring and run” events; and of course, my dear neighbor, “champion of the mentally ill, “ who stalked me and asked me, ironically, “What would Jesus do!?” This guy and his wife, trespassed on my property to falsely accuse me of insulting another neighbor’s child. Oh please!….I have some feeling of security knowing that these cameras and this app will so what they were intended to do!

As people are mentioning in other reviews there are many features missing. No ability to view SD card video, adjust camera settings or add a new device. I would give a couple stars though at least if I was able to reliably view live video, but this app in all is just unusable. App freezes constantly and in some case even froze my whole system. My mac was stuck on the spinning beach ball and then oddly just went to the login screen. Needless to say I have removed this software from my system and will stick to the iOS version, which actually (surprisingly) functions pretty well.

There are so many features are missing from the Mac version of Wansview Cloud App compare it the IOS version I hope future version of this Mac App will support REPLAY using the SD card. This will allows me to see all the Alert video stored in the SD card. Another feature I would like to see if the App allows rearrangement the order of different Camera devices screen, this will allow me to put the Camera screen I want to monitor the most on the top order of list.
