Great Fun!

The fact there are 3 games to play is bonus. I like the fact there are multiple flippers at both ends of the board. The ball moves at a very good clip and there is plenty for the ball to do so to speak. I get tired of pinball games where the ball just moves back and forth and doesn’t much at all.

Was this worth the money? I think so. The dialogue is interesting.

Nice Try But Game Play Falls Flat

It’s a neat idea, I’ve seen all three movies and the synergy of hooking the game up with them could have worked, despite the fact that they put two cheesy Bmovie flicks with one actual classic. It really could have been special. But unfortunately, its not. The reason is the three games all have a couple of classic flaws in their design/setup that make them awkward and choppy, full of dead space and clunkiness. In simpler terms, they’re not fun, they have no flow, no rhythm, no bounce, no pop. The pitch is slightly too steep and there is no spring in the bumpers so once the smallish, heavy ball is launched, it clanks off a post or two, and picks up speed in a falling arc towards the gutter. After a dead flipper hit or two into a dead post or halfway up a spinner turning it like twice, it loses steam and comes knifing back at you at a wicked angle. You should get the picture. Sure some plays you manage to get a flipper on it and jam it back up there enough to get a decent score, but its not fun. No flow, no groove, no rhythm. No getting in the zone. Sorry but unless you have a completely different vision of what good Pinball is all about then I do and this sounds like fun to you, I would save your money or keep looking. I wish I would have.

Good fun

It's a great game for the price. The best game out of the three is "Missing In Action". The others are kind of boring. Also, the flippers don't flip as soon as you hit the shift keys, I would guess 1/100th of a second difference. Maybe I'm just being too picky and will just have to get used to the lag. Otherwise, the graphics are cool, and overall play is lifelike. Yes, there are some choice words in some of the games, but it's a pinball game based on some very graphic war movies. It's not for 4 year olds! If that's what you want, download some Disney games, not War Pinball.
