great time

I had a great time taking the tour. Easy to use and the guidance was easy to follow. I appreciated the short but sweet tour. Not too little information but not too much that I zoned out. At each stop the app showed photos of the location plus what they were talking about so not only could you check to see if you were in the right location but also see a glimpse inside in most cases without going in if you didn’t or couldn’t. I love that you can go at your own pace, listen to stops again if you missed some information, or skip stops altogether. I realized you can listen on your own with earbuds or play out loud for everyone in your group to hear which is helpful.

Developer Response ,

Our team works hard to make our tour adventures different and better than others. We feel our touch of showbiz utilizing talented narrators, adding appropriate music and sound effects, and storytelling all combine to make it an experience, not just a tour. Thank you for recognizing this and for taking the time to send us your comments.

Not worth $10

Kills your battery, doesn’t let you turn off your screen while audio is playing to try and save you’re better. barely gives any info on the stops, plays horrible filler music

Developer Response ,

There is a setting on your phone that allows your phone to play audio with the screen off. The music we use is selected to be appropriate to the tour location. Therefore on this tour we have military, colonial, patriotic, etc. type music. Music is very key to the description of the location. As it is in film or theatrical experiences.

Bad App

It opened but as soon as I clicked on the screen it would close out and go back to the beginning. It was not helpful and I ended up using Google Maps.

Developer Response ,

Drew. When IOS 13 was released our system went down. We instantly went to work repairing the problem as was back up shortly thereafter. Obviously you fell into the crack. Many others before and after have have had successful downloads. We sincerely apologize and urge you contact the app store for a refund. Unfortunately you missed a wonderful tour of Historic Philadelphia. Thank you.
