WashNOW! is the new, easy-to-use app that provides you with access to the area’s finest car washes. Use our mobile app to create your own secure account to purchase individual washes, book of washes, gift cards and to join subscription based wash clubs. You can add a credit card to your mobile app and make future purchases with just a card on file without having to open your wallet again. At the car wash, you can redeem your purchased wash remotely without rolling down your window to touch the screen. Simply enter your wash code or scan the barcode displayed in the app. You may also view a visual history of your purchases including date, time, service purchased, and remaining washes if a wash book is purchased. WashNOW! combines convenience and technology to keep your vehicle sparkling!

Good but needs more

I like being able to use the app simply so I don’t have to hear the voice at the terminals at the wash. One big miss is that it need to be able to have more than one credit card. I use for both personal and business and not being able to have two or more cards is a big omission.

I just downloaded this app for the first time and made an account so that I can purchase washes from my local car wash, but every time I try to add in any credit or debit card I run into an error message causing the system to decline my purchase. This makes the app completely useless and a waste of space. I don’t recommend downloading this app until the next update which who knows when that’ll happen.

Coates Car Wash using the app - I have always purchased my car washes using the app. It has not worked for two weeks. I have checked all the information, deleted the app, downloaded it again. It just will not allow me to check out a purchase. Very frustrating!

It took much longer than necessary to get signed in. Once in I tried to purchase monthly wash club. When I clicked add vehicle and Continue I got a blank screen. Tried twice and got the same result. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
