I normally dont write review but this is the worst laundry by far i hv ever dealt with
They lost my dress and didnt even care 😡😡😡 Careful everyone this laundry is rubbish ...they dont even deserve the one star...worth service ever and worst customer service i hv been using them for a month everytime they return the cloth dirty with the same stains as if they just iron it and bring it back they take it comes back again with same stains so really a waste of time until one time they lost my favorite dress that i got from Ibiza (everyone used to ask me about the dress) i got so angry and i didnt want compensation i wanted my dress back but they couldnt find it..the dress was worth 150 euros after a month of debating they offered me one time free laundry and 25 percent off and future services i gave them my laundry again as second chance(actually last chance) they disappointed me again all stuff came back again with same stains...so my advice dont use them if u think ur items are valuable they r not organized they lose stuff and sometimes even they bring the clothes with more stains as if they eat on them i swear 😡😡😡😤😤
Scam
They collect your info and lie about rates first. Facebook ad says 1 dhs for shirt while you get real rate after creating an account, it's 6 dhs per shirt for pressing and 11 for washing... What a bunch of liars. Hope they never succeed, not everyone who creates an app is geared for success especially when they advertise lucrative rates that are 6 times higher in reality
Late and overpriced
Great idea but they fail to execute. They take all of your personal information and don't even contact you when they are running behind. It's a two hour window that you have to plan for and they can meet it.
