Doesn’t function as it is suppose to
It will let you check into a location most of the time, but even that doesn’t work sometimes. The report violation never works. I mean 9 times out of 10, it will just be stuck trying to upload the violation, but it won’t go through. I will get lucky and sometimes it will upload the violation, but it takes 5 to 10 minutes to go through. Which is a bummer when you are trying to get your job done at a fast pace. Management seems annoyed when you text them violations directly so it leaves me in a tough spot. Hopefully an update will correct this.
Also, if you can access your photo album to post a violation would be extremely helpful. It’s easier to post all the violations at intervals of finishing each building, or even at the end of finishing each complex. If you can just snap a photo with your phone and then submit all violations later would be much easier.

Thank you for this feedback. We agree, reporting a violation was slow, this was due to the time it takes to upload the violation photo. So we made improvements in our last update to drastically increase the upload speed by resizing the photos significantly before uploading them.
In our tests this cut the upload time from 1+ minutes to less than 10 seconds. Please let us know if you haven't experienced an improvement and be sure you're using the most recent version of the app (2.0.4, July 2020).
