Wasteland Story 9+

A very fun game with tons of customization and a difficultly to put these highly detailed specs to the test. Does the very rare thing in mobile games by not shoving either ads or cash shops done your throat as well which is a huge plus.

In a serious fight want your companion in your next best gear. Load up on either Molotov cocktails, poison, fire mines. Decide what food buffs you want mid-battle. Make sure your weapons and armor are leveled up and components are added. Use your high-powered weapons that break easy. Decide what type of flares you need for the different types of reinforcement troops or turrets you want. Use pills. This is separate from your build specs which can change or add more to your decision.

Builds are really fun with my minion build having 2 companions, mind control 1 enemy, clone myself up to two times, resurrect dead enemies, call in 6 reinforcements and hack up to 3 mechanical enemies. This build isn’t even finished.

I’m still salty about the devs rightfully nerfing the best perk in the game. The decision to turn it into the worst perk in the game was an odd choice but the salt comes from players who’ve put in the time to level and build characters with this perk are now effectively useless as you can only respec a character with cash. Would it really have killed them to give one free respect to players who used this perk pre-nerf.

I absolutely love this game. This is hands down the best RPG I’ve played on mobile. That’s just my opinion AMA I’m sure many with disagree due to the graphics of the game not being cutting edge but that’s small potatoes. I grew up on Atari and Nintendo so it’s very nostalgic for me. Not only in the graphics but it’s very reminiscent of the original Fallout for PC. I love the design and the humor, even though some of it gets lost in translation. The random generator for items pretty much means you’ll never get the same gear twice(as long as it’s rare quality or higher) and the special abilities are really cool too. No ads unless you opt to watch one for a reward chest and that’s almost unheard of with most games. I would definitely give this game half an hour of your time before you decide entirely that you wouldn’t like it. Sorry if I’m wrong.

I can say it for sure, it is one of best survival games I have played on mobile, the dedication put into this game is incredible, and it is a one-person made game, I was speechless when I first realized it. Please give this game a try, it’s a game with great potential and the developer needs all the support one can get to make this game better.
