They take my money and I never able to log into the app
Have contacted customer service several times I paid for almost 3 months worth of subscription. I never got my money back, and I was never able to log into the app to watch lack of customer service lack of communication. The worst app I ever had don’t get it and don’t paya penny to them.

Troubleshooting
I recently downloaded with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The app consistently fails to perform as advertised, leaving me frustrated and unable to utilize its features. Despite following all troubleshooting steps and ensuring my device is compatible, the issues persist, making the app essentially unusable.
What exacerbates the situation is the lack of support from the customer service team. I reached out multiple times for assistance, but the responses were either generic and unhelpful or they simply went unanswered. It’s disheartening to feel ignored, especially when you're relying on a product that promises to enhance your experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend watch it due to its functionality issues and the inadequate support from the team. I hope the developers take these concerns seriously and work towards improving both the app and their customer service. Until then, I will be looking for alternatives that actually deliver on their promises.

Good Content, But Needs Offline Downloads!!
I subscribed to Watch It mainly to enjoy Arabic shows and movies during travel or downtime, especially when I don’t have internet access. The content selection is solid, and the app itself works fine—but I was really disappointed to find out there’s no download option like Netflix.
Offline viewing is a basic feature these days, especially for a paid streaming service. I hope the team considers adding it soon—it would make a big difference in the overall experience.
Until then, it’s 3 stars from me. Great content, but missing a key feature.
