Description
Craving a hot brewed coffee or creamy vanilla latte, but need to skip the line? The Water Street Coffee Joint app will let you do just that. You can browse our current menu, customize your order, and conveniently purchase all on your phone or tablet. Pick your order up from any location without waiting in line and have your receipt emailed to you. You can also schedule an order for future pickup.
App users are enrolled in our loyalty rewards program where they will receive exclusive member discounts. Customers earn points for every purchase they make and can choose to donate them to a local charity or receive discounts on their orders.
The Water Street Coffee Joint app will help you find the nearest location, get directions, or contact the store directly.

Actually good
I’ve only poked around so far, but it seems pretty solid. The only thing I didn’t like was 2 wines don’t show a price or image, so I wasn’t sure what was going on there.
This will exponentially increase my waterstreet frequency because they made it easier to hop the potential line.
Love it
Love the new app. I’d love to be able to order coffee that ships. I am someone who lives out of town and loves Waterstreet.
Frustrating
While ease of ordering is fantastic, the app consistently deletes points when I go to redeem and constantly requires logging back in. It slows down the check out process substantially as compared to just giving a phone number. Pretty design overall, but it leaves me incredibly frustrating more than 50% of the time.
