Wonderful Basic Water Tracker
This little water app lets you count 8 glasses of water per day and reminds you throughout the day. That’s it. It doesn’t let you customize how many ounces, neither does it allow you to setup custom alarms. If you have a relatively simple goal like me - drink 8 glasses of water a day (no matter how big the glasses are) - this app is for you.
Two bug fixes needed: 1. The glass count doesn’t always reset over night. I don’t always turn off my computer. I’m not sure if it has something to do with that? 2. It’d be nice for me to add a glass of water by simply double-clicking on the little widget when the main “interface” is closed.
Oveall, I am satisfied with this app!
Less effort, great results
I am using this app for a week now and i can see the difference that this app is making in my daily life. Now I never forget to take small breaks in between my working hours and drink some water. The reminder exactly works like it is mentioned and it is very easy to configure. An iOS app with iCloud sync would have been a bonus. Thank you.
I can track up to 8 glasses, that’s it. 8 glasses but how many ounces each? It doesnt say and doesnt let you choose. I am drinking from a water bottle so it doesnt let me say how much is in each container I consume. And why am I being limited to only 8? It would be nice to have a record of when I completed each one too so I can see days where I binge drank just to hit my mark versus days when I did well and spaced stuff out. Also being able to add where I worked out on the record too so I can see where points of dehydration were. The weather for that day would be nice too because that factors in.
Overall. the app lacks any real tracking ability. It’s pretty and thats about it.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
