This app has given me so many troubles. I constantly telling my boss we need to find another product because this is not it. On average it takes this app 5 minutes to load. Not including crashes or working weekends, longer load times, or the app just not staying logged in that’s 25 minutes a week, just over an hour and a half a month, and 20 hours a year.
I know that doesn’t sound like much but that’s near minimal. I can’t tell you the last time I didn’t have to load the app less than 3 or 4 times a day (again not including crashes). If it crashes you can expect another 10 minutes or so. 60 43.3
With that being said you can expect 60 hours per year in loading up without crashing 3 times per workday and another 43 hours it if only crashes once per work day.
Can someone tell me why the app hasn’t changed all summer? At least it’s finally a pool guys slower season. Unfortunately each season this year has been LaMotte’s slow season. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Errors after September update
I had several errors where the app would close or pop up with an error message. The app was slow before, but at least it worked (kinda)
Embarrassing software for a professional app
The app is not reliable or quick. Most of the time it takes me 5 mins just to log in.
