My screen is all white and the app isn’t loading

Loss of fill in notes.

I enjoy this app and have the feature to use the fill in notes is great. I made an account years ago and kept up with all of them. I recently got a new phone and new number. I went to sign and instead of directing me to the waters edge church website it directed me to a pushpay website. When I went to the WEC website and logged in with my email and updated my phone number I went back and tried logging into the app with my new phone number and I had to create a new account. This is extremely frustrating and disheartening considering I have no lost years worth of notes. So if you choose to use this app to its capabilities, don’t even think about getting a new phone or new number because you’ll lose everything.

I love Waters Edge Church! Sadly I don’t live in Virginia anymore, but this app is amazing! I can still be with you guys all the way from Seattle.
