Easy to follow and find. Friendly and knowledgeable staff persons stay with the customer until the transaction is complete. Nice work!

There’s a lot of room for improvement for this app and their system

The order got cancelled and didn’t tell me why until I called. It took many calls before they informed me via email that they actually can’t deliver the items to my address, they could have told that as early and while I called many times. The refund would take longer than it should be, other platforms aren’t like that, once the order is cancelled, they automatically refund the money, right away. But this one, even if I am not the one who cancelled, it going to take few days to be refunded, sounds old school. Really needs improvement.

I try & log-in…your “password & user name don’t match.” Because I have never used the app, I need to connect the app to my existing account. Create account…this “e-mail is already linked to another account.” I try Forgot My Password function…your “e-mail is not in a registered account.”A crazy infernal loop. NEVER could log-in, sign-up, or reset password.
