Welcome to the brand new WAVE CYCLE App!
WAVE Cycle is an indoor cycling studio located in the heart of Newport RI. Our signature class, WAVE RIDE, is a full 45 minute indoor cycling class combining rhythm-based choreography, high intensity intervals and light upper body strength training. Every ride is a unique experience where music and movement come together to push you mentally and physically. You are in control of the intensity from start to finish! From the minute you walk through our doors, expect unrivaled service that strives to help you accomplish your goals and feel your absolute best! A WAVE Ride will leave you feeling strong, powerful and, of course, salty like a wave. A WAVE Ride is for beginners and experienced riders alike.

Awesome app run by awesome people. Really though, this app is much more user friendly than Mind Body and makes it super easy to find the class you want and use passes for the classes. I always forget how many classes I have left when I buy a class pack but there’s a spot on the app for you to check. Love it and can’t wait to ride the wave! 💕
