Wave Transit 4+

I’m only writing a review because this is the fourth time I’ve missed a bus due to the wave app. The times for bus arrivals/“Where’s my Bus” feature are NOT ACCURATE. I’ve learned you have to be at the bus stop when the bus is still listed as ten minutes away to have any hope of catching it. I got to the bus stop when the app said my bus was ten minutes away, waited five minutes, then the app switched to thirty minutes away (meaning I missed it). Again, wait times and bus locations aren’t reliable.

I think the wave transit app could use a feature for the dart bus. The only way I learn about my pick up time is the day before and close to the time that wave dart is going to pick me up. I think it would definitely be helpful to know where wave dart is so people that ride dart don’t have to wait very long to be picked up. I also learn before I leave where I live that Dart will be picking me up in whatever minutes that they say. The Dart feature would definitely help people like myself keep track of where our rides are and we would get a better idea of what time Dart would arrive and not have to be kept waiting depending upon how early or late they are and I think it will be an asset and helpful

When the app is working correctly it’s a great tool. But! Most of the time it doesn’t work! The tracking didn’t have anything listed and when I need to go plan a new trip it gives me no routes found. This app has great potential and if it worked it would be wonderful.
