It’s therapy, not calorie counting AND it works.

I just got on the scale and am 5 lbs down in a week, which is great, but the truly AMAZING part is that it happened without stress, calorie restriction, or endless thinking about what/when I was going to eat. For the past 7 days, I did not THINK about food like I have every day for the past 30 years 😬. I have never lost weight without counting calories, ever. Seriously a year of therapy for ~$100, what a bargain! (Another side effect is that it also helped me better manage stressful situations overall.)

Life Changing

I have been trying to find freedom, balance and peace when it comes to my relationship with food and my body. This app is like nothing else in the way best possible. It gently nudged me to consider so many aspects of my life and how it impacts my mentality and choices. I have spent so much money on programs that stop working as soon as you have a “bad” day, but wavelength teaches how to BE in life and move yourself where you want to go. If you are looking for something to CHANGE, this is the app for you.

LOVE this app, love this program ❣️❣️❣️

GAME CHANGER!!!! This is the first program I've tried that is about connecting to yourself. The interface is so easy and friendly, and instead of counting calories it's about understanding how sleep, stress, nutrition, and food psych plays a role in eating choices. I’m learning so much! So glad I found it, I hope everyone takes a chance and tries it out!!!
