FINALLY, a weather app that is accurate, easy to use, and doesn’t try to coerce you into a monthly subscription every time you open the app! There are ads in the app but they do not get in the way or take away from the experience at all. I like the way the radar looks, it is detailed and not rounded off blobs like other apps. It has timely notifications that are customizable, including the alert tone. Actual video forecasts are available if you would like to watch them. It’s finally time to get rid of the infuriating “TWC” weather app and upgrade to WBBJ!

Jackson TN has been behind the times on technology from our local TV station. Not anymore! This was badly needed. Now we have access to weather info 24/7 directly from our local meteorologist. Which means that during storms, if the power is out, we still have the ability to watch the live weather stream.

There is some lag in zooming in and out on the map and moving the map but that is an issue with the API and not really the app itself. I think the API is owned by The Weather Company. The parent company for The Weather Channel and Weather Underground.

Very nice weather app

Easy to use, intuitive. There is an ad but it is inconspicuous at the bottom. My only quibble is that the location wasn't real accurate, it had my location about a half mile off. Of course, in the weather scheme of things that's perfectly acceptable!
