Weather reports are available for nearly anywhere in the world. If in doubt, go to http://darksky.net and try your location to see if you like the report.
Radar is currently North America only.
The hour forecast is currently limited to US, UK, Ireland.
When you're getting dressed, what do you want to know?
"How does today compare with yesterday?"
Weather Nerd includes a nice daily comparison:
"Today is 9° cooler than yesterday. No rain."
This makes it easy to grab the right coat.
Weather Nerd also gives you minute-by-minute rain predictions for your exact GPS location. Powered by Dark Sky's cutting edge "hyperlocal precipitation forecasting system", these reports show you a nice graph of the rain intensity for the next hour based on your exact location. For example, you might see:
"Light rain starting in 10 minutes, stopping 15 minutes later."
The daily forecast screen shows you a graph of the temperature, rain, and wind for today. Touch anywhere on the graph to view the forecast for a specific time. See more details at the bottom of the screen.
The weekly forecast shows you a quick graph of the projected highs and lows for the next week, along with the chance of rain. Touch any day to view the full forecast for that day.
BEYOND 7 DAYS
Need to see the forecast for two weeks or two months out? No problem. Weather Nerd's calendar lets you view the forecast for any date within the next year.
For the real weather nerds, the "Nerd Out" feature will list out ALL of the weather information.
Weather Nerd lets you setup a daily weather forecast alert (in 15 minute intervals). You can turn the alert on/off for certain days of the week.
If you set your alert to 6pm or later, then the forecast will be for "tomorrow's" weather.
Some of you nerds like to use iPhone and iPad widgets. No problem. Weather Nerd comes packaged with 3 different widgets for your viewing pleasure including graphs for the "Next Hour", "Today", and "Week".
Why a subscription? The average nerd checks weather 4-5 times a day. Over a year, that alone cost nearly 1 USD to our providers. That's not counting additional data used for radar tiles, alerts, widgets, multiple devices, servers, etc. It would be completely unsustainable to charge a one time fee for a lifetime of data.
Weather Nerd uses auto-renewing subscriptions. The Nerd Club subscription provides full access to weather reports, radar, widgets, and notifications. The subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase within the app. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period and will be charged through your iTunes account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
Added support for dark mode, fixed secret Nerd Ball game.

Finally an update!! Yes!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for not abandoning this amazing app!!! This was, is now again and probably will always be my favorite weather app! You can see so much at one time in a simple graph format. Your brain processes images much faster than words and this weather graph really gives you all you need to know in a quick moment! I like the layout of the different tabs. I really love the yesterday’s weather function to compare yesterday to today! I also love the weekly graphs to quickly see the upcoming week ahead. I love the ability to quickly access different locations as well. The amount of customization is beyond amazing! Everyone can customize it to how they like it. Whenever my friends see me use this weather app, they always ask what it is. I tell them the name and recommend it to them. And now since I know it’s being updated again, I will continue recommending it to my friends and family. I plan to get an iPhone X soon and can’t wait to see this amazing app on there! Once again, thank you so much for not abandoning an awesome app! I’m looking forward to many future updates with more great features! #WeatherNerd

Awesome - thanks so much for this review!
Good weather app, but...
I’ve been using WN on my iPhone for years, and like it a lot. Well worth the modest annual subscription fee. However, I have a few peeves about it:
1. Although a number of reviewers mention WN as a top weather app for Apple Watch, I can’t seem to find a way to load it on my watch (Series 4, with latest watch OS). Which brings me to my second gripe:
2. I can’t seem to find any user guide available, and the FAQs are very limited. Nor is there a way to contact the developer for help, as far as I can see.
3. This is one I’ve been wondering about for as long as I’ve been using this app: the probability of rain listed at the top of a daily forecast doesn’t generally match the graph of rain probabilities throughout the day. Does the overall number mean probability that it will rain at SOME point during the day, and the graph indicate the probability at a given time? Or am I misinterpreting this?
Anyway, even with these shortcomings, I still give it a solid 4 stars as an iPhone app.
This is a nice weather app, I prefer the graph style before the text. I've been using Dark Sky for quite a while and I'm familiar with the accuracy of the predictions.
What I hate a lot in this app are the text fonts they use. I need a magnifying glass to clearly see the letters. They aren't small, but they're are crowded together. It always tires my eyes trying to read the data. I understand that they chose these fonts to save space, but I'm sure there is a better way to make this work. My 10 year old can read those letters without problems, but not me or my husband.
Suggestion: on the "today" page, where seems to be the "space" problem, the temperature digits can be a little smaller, then move the max and min temperatures below the actual.
Also, on the "week" page, I would like to see more colorful icons, instead of the black and white symbols: sun to be yellow, moon filled in white, clouds light or dark grey, depending on the weather.
That would be perfect!

Hi DiDeTu - just wanted to let you know I updated the app with larger font sizes and bolder text to make things more readable.
To manage the space, those screens scroll now. I also added more fields like humidity, barometric pressure, uv-index, etc.
