Some recommendations for this wonderful app

I will like to start by saying how much I love this app!!! It is a must for a dental office!!! I highly recommend it to all my dental friends. I not only can see my schedule from the facility of my cellphone, I can also hear the recordings of the front desk phone calls to review and give feed back to staff members. I can also see how many phone calls front desk is making daily daily. App reminds you Pts birthdays and when you text patients from your cellphone your personal number doesn’t get shared, only the office number.
My recommendations: Please make the app able to rotate. I use it not only on my cellphone but in my iPad and it doesn’t rotate with device, it stays vertical and its very annoying. Please also make the phone call recordings able to play on AirPods or any headphone device, so its more private when listening to the recorded conversations of pts.
Down the road it would be nice if xrays of Pts and charts can be seen as well.

Makes life easy

I have no regrets about using this software. It is very easy to use and has simplified communication with patients in my practice. I like to multitask, so having the ability to respond to a patient via text while taking care of other duties is essential. They also have useful automated features which decreases the time that staff needs to be on the phone. Accessing information via the app on my phone is also a plus. I highly recommend Weave especially for a dental practice.

Valuable, could use some minor help with phone calls

I use this app just about every day. MOST of it works well. Taking phone calls on it can be challenging, especially when Bluetooth devices are connected. Struggles a bit then. But overall, a very useful app!
