Loading issues
I really appreciate the idea and use of this app when it’s working but I’ve always had issues with it. Whether that be the app just simply not loading into either TheKnot or Wedding wire for me to access my messages, or even just sending messages when they come. It seems like I don’t get my messages in a timely manner and sometimes I’ll even get them in a large group well after I’ve responded on the desktop version. It’ll randomly log me out as well.
I really hope that the app improves because I’m not a vendor who can constantly reply via my computer. I’m not leaving but I can’t rely on this app to work and therefore I rarely use it or recommend it.
Wedding Pro App Could Be Better
This app is super easy to navigate but that’s kind of pointless when it never loads or I have to reload it 5 times and just get too frustrated and get on my laptop. I also can remember the last time the app actually sent me a notification for when I get a lead. I get notified via email. The app never shows that I have notifications or waiting leads what need to be responded to. You can also only do certain things, like upload photos and save responses from a laptop or desktop which is bothersome when on other apps I can do everything in the app. Why is there not a way to block out your availability? I get leads for the same dates constantly.
As far as the service, I think it’s over priced for what it is. I get consistent leads but in the last three months I have probably booked 6 out of 52 inquiries. Which is awful and no where near enough for me to justify spending almost $300 every month for Wedding Wire/The Knot to advertise. When I can spend way less and get way more from other sites and streams of advertising.

App is glitchy
This a great idea for an app but it is always glitchy. I almost always have to click on the link in the email in order to go directly to the website. There are 3 of us that service our customers and we all have the same issue sooo it’s not a phone issue. Also our emails that we send out never flowed over to the app, so I either have to copy from another source and paste it in or I just have to click the email link again. As much as we pay per month for the advertising service you’d think they would get the app more functional.
Oh I have also deleted the app and reloaded it several times thinking that would help… it doesn’t so don’t go to the aggravation of doing that.
I’m definitely not the only person with this issue. Hope they use our dollars to fix the issue soon.
