No sound. Using an iPhone XR. I’ve closed and opened the App, restarted the phone, made sure I’m not randomly connected to a Bluetooth speaker, etc. I can’t get any sound. I paid money so I can get the bonus content but it’s silent. I’d expect this from maybe a Yellowcard app but not a band that made two perfect albums in the 90s. No offense but drink my blood!

UPDATE: I realized that if you’re phone is on silent, it won’t play sound, not even through headphones. 99% of people I know keep their phone on vibrate but if you want to hear sweet =w= sounds, join the 1% who keep their sound on.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please make sure the sound switch on the side of your iPhone XR is in the switched forward position so the ringer is on. All sound from the app will play from your iPhone speakers when the sound is switch is not in the silent mode. The sound from the app will always play through your headphones regardless what position the sound switch is in. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are constantly working to improve the app and are looking into improving this behavior.

Never got anything

I love Weezer and I thought this would be a great purchase, to become part of the fan club. So I purchased the bundle and all I received was a text saying I purchased it. The link it sent to view my order led me to a page that didn’t exist. This was on March 2. I have received no further updates or emails about my $55 order. I just want to know if I’m still getting my things. I didn’t even receive access to special content or anything. I’m really mad about all of this
