This app really did make me GLOW

I have followed Stef for yearssssss now, I had her old app, but when she created this one let me tell you sis my life changed! This app made me GLOW physically, mentally, and emotionally with myself and the people around me! There is of course weight exercises, stretching, cardio you name it but what I love most is the other great add ons! You have meditation, nutrition, a learn section packed with various health information (about specific exercises, training topics, and nutrition topics), video tutorials, water tracker, a spot to track your journey with journaling and pictures, live workouts, lotssss of challenges suited to what you want out of your body, I mean you can see the list can go on!

I am so thankful for Stef and her team they have always gone above and beyond for their followers and they are consistently growing and changing! The best thing is that they always look at customer feedback and make fixes to what they aren’t loving! Its all about growth and consistency here and I am so glad I made the decision to stay with this family for as long as I have! Let me remind you this app only started October 31st of 2020! ITS ONLY BEEN A YEAR! Look at how much has come out of that year and imagine what will come next it is still a baby!

Bummed but hopeful?

The old app was great! I was loving the home workouts and the timer!
I was fine with it not working like it did before but I didn’t notice a difference.
Also when I downloaded the app it gives you the option to create like a 12 week program based on the amount of times you want to workout and the level you are at etc I absolutely loved the feature and was enjoying it so much I had zero complaints while using the app! Recently I got COVID and haven’t been able to use the app. So it gives you the option to cancel the workout plan if you either don’t like the level it is or want to schedule it at a later time so I ended mine. There is no way for me to create a new plan and I’ve emailed and have had no response. I thought the level of communication with the people who really want to use this app would be better. Still hopeful and still want to use it. Just have received no help or info back about the issues I’m having with it... overall good content on the app I really hope it gets fixed

Still new to app

I'm only on day 2 of hot girl summer guide, but giving review as of experience now. Pros- I love the split workout schedule. Super easy to follow, can be done at home or gym. I love that it has variation (weights, Pilates, & cardio). It has some meal ideas. You can adjust the rest time in the workouts and add details such as reps/ weights. You can also swap out workouts for others that work better for you. You can sync to your watch to track steps and hrydration in the app. Con- so FAR I haven't seen many workouts geared towards just arms. Workouts have been lower body/ upper body splits. I'd like more specific workouts for glutes/ arms/ back. Maybe they are in other programs and i just haven't seen them. I also wish they had more basic, simple meal ideas and macros listed for recipes. Once again, maybe I haven't spent enough time looking through them. I'd also like to know exactly what weights the trainers used per specific lifts... like does stef use 2x30s for her RDLs? 15s for her shoulder press? Everyone lifts at their own rate, but I like knowing how I compare in my lifts and want to know what to work towards. Maybe a random post of "what I eat on an average day". And more feedback and interactions from the trainers themselves. So far I really love the app and set up overall. Just sharing a few things I personally am looking for or random thoughts I get exploring the app.

You can also supplement your programme of workouts by searching for standalone workouts in the app (you can search by filtering options or free text in the workouts tab). There are so many upper body workouts to choose from, we're sure you'll find exactly what you need. Regarding meals, you can switch on your calories and macros via the Nutrition tab in your WeGLOW profile. We also share lots of information on the WeGLOW.app website in the blog section, as well as the LEARN section of the app if you need more information. Lastly, in the app you'll find a link to the WeGLOW WhatsApp community where our Community Leaders and other community members are on hand to help you get the best experience out of WeGLOW, and connect with other like-minded app users.
