Wehear - Audiobooks & Stories 17+

OK I’m ADHD so it’s hard for me to focus on a book and but with this I can focus on it and drive so I’m actually “ reading “a book while driving and I get to actually see it in my head just like I would when I’m reading it but be able to focus on stuff that I can and have to do Some of the people who read the books to you might have some annoying voices but you just got a test book and see if you like the person who’s reading it but most of them are pretty good at it so yes I would rate this five stars and would recommend and do recommend to all my friends

I love this audiobook like I really do this is one of the reasons I like to read a little but one thing I really do like about the audiobook is how long I have to wait and what I mean by that is how long I have to wait for my bonus like I know it’s a day but if you think about it it’s a long time and especially when your in a really good part of the audiobook and it cuts of and you don’t have enough coins or bonus and not all of us have money to keep spending when there going to get wasted in an hours or 30mins and when you want to buy more coins 400 hundred coins is 3 bucks now when it use to be 1 dollars I’m just wishing that we got more bonus like we go all the way up to 35 but if you all think about that it’s going by fast and before you know it you do have anymore bonus or coins left I’m just wishing we get more bonus or all the amount of time we have to wait

This app has potential to easily be 5 stars. Most of the production is done well, except I listened to a book the other day where a lot of the mess ups weren’t taken out - the narrator would say something wrong, stop a second, clear their voice & try the line again. But that wasn’t too bad.

My biggest issues with this is there needs to be an option like the Galatea app where you can pay for unlimited listening for X amount of time - 1 week, month, year….
Also, I HATE that from my locked screen I don’t have the option to skip back a few seconds, it takes you to the beginning of the previous chapter - not even the chapter you’re currently on! That’s frustrating.

Overall, most of the narrators I have heard are either really good or at least have really good potential (everyone has to start somewhere!) So yeah, the talent is generally quite good, but I need an option to be able to pay for a certain amount of time. If I have to spend so many coins/chapter, the books aren’t worth it - I can pay for cheaper options on Audible. I would love to be able to keep listening to these authors & to support this app, but something has to change first. Otherwise, I’ll be deleting it & cutting my losses.
