With this app you can get help to lose weight. You can record your weight, e.g. weekly and see how it develops. Every day you must record your habits, such as can be: Sweets and cakes, White bread and pasta, Alcohol, Fast food (these are things you need to limit) and Fitness, Walks, Other exercise (Examples of things you need to increase).
It is much easier to manage your habits when you record them. You choose which habits you want to follow. In the app, you can then keep an eye on how it affects your weight.
