Please increasing security features

I’ve recently opened an account with Welcome and received good help from the staff. My disappointment, however, comes from the app:
-There are no card management options, no way to block/unblock cards when needed, or even set text or email alerts based on dollar amount, type of merchant, and transaction type
These are crucial features needed with the increasing cybercrime
-When transferring money internally, the app doesn’t have any memo where we can type why the transfer was carried out. This is another major feature needed to keep track of activities

Poor Performance

Notice not all reviews are available? Should be a tip off that this app is not worth your time. Constantly shuts shuts down after password is entered - have had this happen so many times I have quit using app. Have called for support so many times that Wecome FCU is tired of hearing from me. All I want is an app that STAYS OPEN so accounts can be accessed.
