What to expect?
Once your account is set up and you’ve told us why you’re here, leave the rest to us. During your video visit, the health care provider will assess your condition, offer a diagnosis and treatment plan, and if necessary prescribe medication.
Video visits are ideal for diagnosing and treating common urgent care conditions, including:

If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.

This was amazing! My son had an issue that was fairly urgent, but not an emergency and he wouldn’t be able to see our family physician for another 3 weeks. Ironically, my employer had just sent out a flyer about this telemedicine service through our insurance so we decided to try it out! I am so glad we did! The pediatrician we saw was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided him with treatment he would have had to wait for otherwise. It saved us from having to go to the ER! Excellent service
I work from home and I know my body and it’s limitations, so when I felt a UTI coming on, I logged right on and was seen by a provider in less than 5 minutes and she asked a few questions and even made suggestions about what I could do to make sure my good gut bacteria stayed in check while on antibiotics! It was great! I will use the service again when I’m not able to get to my specialist or primary for an illness. Thank you so much to Dr Laurie!
Excellent Health Option
I suffered with a chest infection for over a week but could not attend my primary care location due to their restrictions. I was able connect with an excellent emergency medicine physician who knew right away I was quite ill. He prescribed the appropriate medications and they were sent directly to my local pharmacy. The best part, Dr. Yoon called me back several hours later to follow up and see if I was having any difficulty breathing! Excellent service.
