Horrible App/Does not work
This app is absolutely horrible. Bought this walking pad from a private seller. Remote will not pair with the device so I’m forced to use the app to even use my device. Finished my second workout and already regretting this purchase. Does not track to Apple health correctly. Step counter is way off on the workouts as well. 2.5 miles says over 9900 steps. Not even close to legit. Not to mention any time I want to use the app I have to uninstall it from phone and redownload it because the app gets stuck in a state where it force closes every time you try to open the app. What a joke.
App doesn’t work at all
I’ve downloaded and deleted this app 3 times because it works one time and then fails to open again. I tap the icon and it flashes open just to immediately close again. Given the rating, it’s clear that this app is poorly functional for everyone. Avoid, track on your own and just use the remote.
App doesn’t track correctly
Today I walked on my Bluetooth-connected treadmill for about 40 minutes and did 1.23 miles. The app says I walked 9 hours 55 minutes and 51 seconds. At least it had the miles correctly. No point in using the app, though, if it’s going to track wildly different times than what’s actually done.
