Wellific is a healthcare management application provided free to members of Strategic Limited Partners, LP. It is for families, caregivers, and anyone needing a better way to collect, manage, and share personal health information and manage daily health.

With Wellific you can build your complete health profile, manage your family's health records, and help adults you care for stay on top of their healthcare needs. Plus, you have access to critical medical information when and where you need it.

Key features of Wellific include:
• Entering vitals, medications, and your full medical history.
• Connecting to wearable devices such as Apple Health to import your vitals.
• Recording activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Uploading electronic health records from your healthcare providers.
• Setting reminders to take medication, to log blood glucose levels, and to schedule medical appointments.
• Receiving personalized health insights based on your data.

You may grant your emergency contacts and family access to your health profile, and they can truly be there for you in an emergency.

Can’t Login

Can’t login, and don’t see why this is necessary for me to access my health insurance. Honestly I am debating changing my health insurance because of how aggravating everything about the service provided, including this app.

Can’t login

I’ve tried in multiple occasions to login. I used my email and password that I use to login to the website that it takes you to change your password and it works. On the app it says that it does not exist. I don’t even know at this point how many times I’ve changed the password and still nothing.

Broken

This app is unusable. When you get the app, you instantly have to sign in, and it’s impossible to do so. You have to select “forgot password” ….. every time. which takes you too the website. You update the password on the website, go to sign, and it doesn’t work. It’s just a loop of frustration.
