Not a useful tool. Hard to navigate, limited functionality, and uninteresting. Might want to check out power of vitality for some better ideas on helping change health habits.
Poor app design
Let’s be honest - many of us are here because of employer wellness programs. We don’t need an app with links to health information, we need an app that allows us to easily log the required data to satisfy our wellness program requirements. Like others, I’d prefer integration with Apple health. My Apple Watch already logs my exercise and steps - yet I have to re-enter on this app. This app is about as clunky as the website, and I end up wasting way too much time trying to find wherever I need to go to log things, or whatever I need to do to earn the required points. Quite frankly - it bothers me that employers can have access to anything pertaining to my personal health, and I have no idea what is shared with them or my insurance company after I enter it on an app like this. As far as this app is concerned, I exercise daily and am at my desired weight. 😉 If I do want an app to track my personal fitness needs, it will not be one that is connected to my health insurance. So just make this app easier to use to meet our wellness requirements.
Little steps go a long way!
I’ve been using this app for over 6 months now and love how easily my Fitbit integrates with the team challenges. This is a simple and user friendly app and would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep track of steps while competing with coworkers!
