Some improvements made, others needed

I use this app to record my weight and exercise and so forth for my insurance program at work. At the beginning of 2021 when I started, the app was buggy but then they made improvements and it was much better. I can record my data as needed.
There are some areas I’d like to see improved. You have to log in every time you use it. It gets monotonous and I wish it was like other programs where you just click the app and go. I get it though because they have to prevent security hacks. Also the app functions more like a webpage. It looks like a web page. Each page has to load for the data you need to enter. I wish it had more of the “app” feel to it like buttons, quick menus, and easier flow of data input. When I put data in now, like weight or calories burned, it has to refresh the page each time. Maybe that will be a future upgrade.

WebMD ONE with Daily Habits is Awesome

One of the most challenging aspects of personal behavior change is having a system that transforms your big health improvement goal into tiny activities that you can easily do while making it convenient for you to track your activity completion along with helpful prompts to stay with the program. I’ve found WebMD ONE smartphone app with Daily Habits to be the key to my success.

The app is solid, no crashes or noticeable bugs. The UI is clean, engaging, and relaxing to interact with. It also automatically syncs with the desktop and bowser experiences that I use when in the office. I can get to Daily Habits with just two clicks, one to login with Touch ID and the second to go to the Daily Habit product experience. I also enjoy many of the other capabilities built into the app such as health and wellness driven interest streams, a clinically based health assessment, health coaching (voice and secure text chat), and The Invitational for team-based challenges.

I highly recommend this app if you are eligible to use it as a health plan member or an employee of a company that buys it for their workforce. (This app is not available to the general public).

Seriously, I love this app

I’ve used this app in many “ways.” From doctor visits, checking when my last immunizations were, tracking exercise, stress, rewards, it makes it really easy and fun. The updates to the app over the years have been much needed and Exactly what it needs. Looking forward to future enhancements!
