Description
WellTrans Mobile, a demand response mobile data terminal (MDT), used by the contracted and credentialed transportation provider network, allows Drivers to see previous, current, and future trips in real-time. WellTrans Mobile allows WellTrans to better handle same-day bookings, improve on-time performance, and increase passenger trips per hour the increased efficiency.
Available only to Provider Drivers in the WellTrans network, Drivers can easily communicate with WellTrans staff in real-time to provide instant updates and manifest changes. Through this real-time communication between Drivers on the road and the WellTrans offices, we are able to effectively improve the accuracy of information and provide better customer service to passengers.

Functionality Description is not accurate
While your descriptions sounds really good to pull in customers, this app does not do any of the things that you say we cannot communicate with the schedulers the apps don’t update with new times when they are adjusted they show zero times which delays us and getting to our clients on time there is no real time anything on this app nor are there any communication features here you can reach out certainly for more for more discussion about the functionality. Maybe it only pertains to my provider portal, but it does not function as described.
