    The last 2 or 3 times I tried to place an order through the app there were several items missing. Like the big burgers, only showed the small ones like the junior bacon and smaller chicken sandwiches. So I decided to just go order through the drive-thru and the girl said they have been having problems with their system. Really? For nearly a month and they still haven’t corrected it? This is not good for business and for customers wanting to order a baconator or Dave’s double.

    I have never had better customer service. Normally when I ask for “cook to order” I get a major attitude, and they let me know it’s a pain or they just say it’s not available since you ordered through the app. (Honestly, I don’t care, but my husband wants his food hot.) This young woman was very sweet. So thank you! It did take a while in line, but I’ll wait to have hot food and nice service even if it takes longer than usual. Thank you again. Bryant Wendy’s!

    Long line in dt late night - they kept cars waiting forever at the speaker and only fix 1 car at a time - I have canceled my online order several times in the past few weeks and went elsewhere - if you don’t want customers they don’t stay open … in fact I am canceling my order now having already waited over 15 minutes in this line and only 2 cars has been taken in 15 minutes -

    I was very surprised when I went to the drive-through and they weren’t taking any orders except for mobile and online. I downloaded the app. Dreading to do it because McDonald’s over. Complicate their app when it doesn’t need to be and employees don’t know anything about it. Wendy’s app is very simple to the point and my order was made within three minutes of downloading the app thank you Wendy. You are so cute. Holler at me yo 👩‍🦰

    This app is really good at everything it does! The menu layout is simple and easy to read. There’s actual nutrition information for the menu items! The offers and loyalty rewards page is intuitive and well-designed. Aside from the frequent rewards points buffering, this app is better than most other apps in this space. Well done, Wendy’s software engineers!

    In the modern world we live in there should never be a Wendy’s that doesn’t accept a Mobile’s app. Multiple times I’ve been in 1 location & they say they don’t accept a mobile app and I have to go 4 miles to another Wendy’s. Someone(Me) at your corporate office needs to figure that out. If not, give me a call and I’ll take over that division and make sure it never happens again. JAT & if you don’t know what JAT means you should not be in charge
