Convenient, but app is very glitchy lately...
Love the convenience of being able to do mobile deposits , but the app is very glitchy. I’ve had issues with it over the last several months—locking me out of my account for incorrect passwords, even after going back in and resetting them, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Go figure. I’ll still fight through the issues in hope that the issues are resolved soon.
Update Aug 2018: web developers contacted me and said the best fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app...oh, really?!? Ya THINK?!? That doesn’t help when the the app doesn’t recognize my updated password each time, and when I go through the process of trying to reset the password, I don’t get the email sent to my address within 30 minutes. Ugh.
Update Dec 2019: seems as though they have fixed the glitches—app has been working beautifully, with no issues. (I shouldn’t have said that...)

Upset With Constant Issues
So far my experience has been poor. Last night i knew charges were going to hit but was unable to transfer necessary funds because the app kept giving me an error every time I attempted to transfer. Aside from that, the text notification system about your account balance and overdraft is a joke. I don’t receive the “balance” text when my account hits the amount I set it for, instead getting three texts in a row once the account was overdrafted, again because I wasn’t able to transfer money because of app errors. When I get the balance text, the amount it shows is incorrect, obviously. In addition to that, my debit card keeps randomly not working. I’ve called and left voicemails about his issue and never gotten a return call. I was stranded without gas once due to this. What was especially frustrating is when this same issue with the debit card happened to my husband, someone actually answered and casually mentioned that they knew this was happening yet didn’t try to inform anyone. So far very unhappy with this bank change and seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere.
Great when it works
It seems like about every other time I try to you the app it locks me out on the first try to log in. I then have to reset the password, which can take a few try’s before it lets me back in. I never had this much problems with my past banks and yes they all had apps and theirs normally had more things you could do with the app. I did not give it a 1 star just because it does work ever once in a while.
