Transfer not user friendly

I understand when making a transfer that it should be secure, but we should not have to sign in multiple times when we already signed into the account. People have a hard time remembering passwords and it becomes a pain when you lock it on a weekend. If it is urgent that you have to make a transfer out of that account to cover the other account and you can’t unlock an account over the weekend, due to not remembering a password, then you have to wait for the bank to open so someone can help you reset your password. Not user friendly to have so many passwords in the account when you already used it to initially log into it. Lastly, there should be an option to make reoccurring transfers. I should not have to select dates to make the transfers reoccurring, it should be an automatic option to make it reoccurring. Once again, not user friendly. Too many steps to use your own account.

Apps Not Worked For Days

I’ve been trying to make transfers to my checking for 3 days & the apps not working at all. I’ve not had issues with it until now but it keeps telling me it can’t be done & try back later. Can’t find anything on the site to notify us that the apps not working nor gotten any notifications but now I have to go to the bank or call them to have to transfer $ when I need it which is not as convenient as the app. If somethings wrong with the app, I hoped to be notified
