So convenient and so accessible!
I find the WSB Mobile app very user friendly. As on a project traveling outside the US extensively during the last couple of years, and the mobile app made it easy to check status of all accounts, trigger payments, etc. Excellent tool for busy people!!!
Needs better process to deposit checks
The main thing I do with the app (or try to do) is deposit checks. And it sometimes rejects the deposits after having acknowledged they are ‘successfully submitted’. The problem is you don’t find out until a day or more later which tells me it is a human screening process doing the rejection. But then they don’t tell you WHY they rejected it. Very frustrating and counter productive. I know they could do better if they wanted to because other bank apps work fine for me. If this doesn’t get fixed I’m going to start using the other bank apps more and forget about this one.
My first attempt to make a mobile deposit was quite frustrating. After taking the picture there were no instructions. To me it wasn’t intuitive. The green circle appeared with a check mark indicating to me that the picture was taken ok. Nothing said what to do next. The red button changed from having an x to having an arrow which to me meant send the picture. A few words would have made it all clear. And now it is not letting me post without a nickname and every one I submit it says is taken!
