I have been a member of this back for around 30 years. My parents also have been using this bank as well. I also have my kids as members as well. 3 generations have been using this bank with no problems. I was Fortunate to have met some of the bankers inside when I started my savings account and helping my mother get things straight after my father passed away. I can’t tell you how sympathetic they were and how helpful they were in guiding us through this tough time. I have 4 grandchildren and I’m sure they will follow us in the same decision on the bank they choose

I was able to login to my account this morning before I went to work and after work I was going to check my account and it gave me a error network or busy message and I re-downloaded it and now I can’t load it in because it keeps saying an error has accrued 😔

It would seem to me that this app should be better with our scheduled electronic payments. When in the Bill Payment screen, you either see the payments that have been made or you see the payments to be made, and that’s if you go out and then go back in. There is a lapse where a payment doesn’t show in either screen and if you don’t remember that you set up a payment, you may think you’ve more money available than you actually have. I would like to see most recent payments made, payments scheduled and payments pending on the Bill Payment screen. For a banking app, I would think this would be a given.
