The best

Westerra is the best banking institution one could ever have. From loans - car or personal to the customer service, as well as their website and banking apps. I have been banking with them since day one of their existence and plan to be married to them “till death do us part.”

Please look at mobile app

I have been unable to save changes to the fingerprint login. Each time I open the app, I have to enter my password. I turn on the fingerprint option, but I don’t see a save prompt. When I exit, the change to using a fingerprint is not saved and I have to type the password the next time I open the app. Am I doing something wrong?

Absolutely Great bank!...But Terrible App

The bank is excellent, couldn’t have wanted a better one 110% recommended...but as for the app it is absolutely terrible, more than half the times you open it or need the app to transfer money it is down and won’t let you log in or even show your instant balance, sometimes for the whole day and sometimes multiple consecutive days. There is always updates for it but seems to never fix it. Have been with them for about 8 years and this is my only complaint
