Delayed service, lousy interface... why?
I love the bank but the delay on things hitting has gotten me in trouble already since I use them as a secondary account which never sees more than ~$900 at a time. You’re better off keeping up with your buys on your own.
Waste of space
Why have it if you still have to keep track of every little thing. You have to wait days till something shows on on here. Only good thing is you can transfer funds but even then you have to wait hours before its available. Other banks transactions show on their apps right away. Not this one. So it is a waste of space on my phone.
Crashes when I tap on one of my accounts to access it. (App closes)
