There are some major updates to the Westgate Resorts Mobile App! Here's what's new:
-Bug fix to correct notification display. Newer notifications now appear above older notifications, but all are displayed for users.
-Notification selection issue now fixed. Selected notifications seamlessly take users to corresponding webpages

Nothing loads automatically

The app launches, but then nothing loads automatically, leaving the impression that it is completely broken.

Clicking the three lines in the upper left draws a menu and selecting an option from there does load content. Clicking the buttons at the bottom of the screen also loads content. It is only the Home screen that doesn't load when the app launches.

Love the app, everything you need in one place!

Using the Westgate App has been an absolute game-changer for me! From the seamless booking process to the user-friendly interface, every aspect of this app has exceeded my expectations. I love how easy it is to search for rooms, compare prices, and make reservations all in one place. Plus, the exclusive deals and discounts available through the app have saved me so much money on my travels. Whether I'm planning a last-minute getaway or booking in advance, the Westgate App is my go-to choice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free booking experience!

Outdated/ bugs/ server issues

Hate it!!! This app is still showing offers from 2019. Its now March 2021. The app is Offering expired deals, nothing is up to date, and The server goes out when you attempt to pay your bill online. Someone on their tech team needs to fix this. Especially now having new owners who prefer the app. Calling them is such a inconvenience and very time consuming as well. It may be Even worse than the app...You get transferred at least 2 times after already waiting about 30 minutes with the operator. Id prefer not to waste an hour on the phone every-time when i need to pay my bill !!! Please UPDATE THIS APP WESTGATE!!
