Decent weather app
Splashy graphics and single high/low/weather conditions for 5 day forecast. You can pick from multiple villages. Accuracy not perfect, but better than Yahoo or CNN.
Ok App in an unpredictable climate
Generally you're better off sticking your head out the window in Switzerland to tell the weather than relying on an App. This app changes its forecast mid-day to keep up-to-date with the fluctuations. Not really helpful when you're trying to decide whether or not to ride your bike to work or not... But in a city like Luzern its the weather - though you'd think forecasting has evolved enough to at least give an 8 hour prediction with some form of accuracy.
