  • Even if you are barely into Marvel this is awesome

I’m not sure what I was expecting with this app but I was very surprised at how immersive, fun, interactive and interesting the story was. I’ve seen some of the movies, played a bit of Marvel Snap, and didn’t know all of the characters but it was still easy to follow. The immersive bits were well done and a few times, and the two last ones, really felt “real” in a way. I could see parts of this turning into a game, which I would buy. However what I really hope is this is the future of storytelling or interactive and immersive shows. The only real negative is I wasn’t sure how to stop or pause partway through but I didn’t try too hit the crown button, which likely would have done it. Instead I did the hour or so content in one sitting, and I appreciated the chapter selector in the main menu as I wanted to redo a few of the scenes.

  • The best Vision Pro app

    ssp99

This is the first review I’m writing for any Vision Pro app having owned one since day one. I have to admit I haven’t been that impressed the different applications, but this truly shows what the future of entertainment can be. Don’t get me wrong,The quality of the experience with Vision Pro is awesome and the immersion is great, but I was really wondering what a futuristic experience could be and this app shows what that could be. I really could see this as the future of entertainment and how we engage with different different movies or stories. I hope Disney makes more of these. This is truly awesome work.

  • Removed and reinstalled

I had a couple false starts before it actually opened and then all I got was the sound and a screen with colored bars moving outward. When I tried to close and reopen, it only continued where it left off. I removed it and tried reinstalling and this time it worked. The first time I accidentally selected options by mistake when starting up the experience. Maybe that was the problem? Still, there should have been a way to stop the experience when it wasn’t working and change those options. Also, why would there be options available to allow it to not work? Nevertheless, I finally got to experience the one thing that led me to want to demo a Vision Pro and, after seeing the resolution for myself, to purchase it.

  • I’d pay for more

I can’t imagine a better way to feel like I am active inside of a comic book. There is more story view than game. I am content with that because the story quality, soundtrack and acting are top-notch. I think that alone is worth paying a few dollars for. That is, when more of the gaming interactions are aloud to be used freely and with consequences. I think if I just sit and wait long enough for some actions, the story will continue anyway. Since this was free it was a great way to introduce the genre. I may not be hooked, but I’m interested now.

  • Excellent – even for non-gamers or non Marvel fans

    cprphd

I saw all the positive reviews and decided to give this a try. I’ve only gone through it once, but I felt it provided a very good balance of storytelling and interactive action. It does require putting aside at chunk of time, as I think it’s better to complete in one sitting, so try it when you have about 20 to 30 minutes. I will definitely go through it again when I have the opportunity.

  • Best use of Vision Pro for storytelling!

    Coyotesweat

Was eagerly awaiting this. Not disappointed . Put this on the must download list. Meet some Marvel characters and interact? Check. Have them in your home? Check. Enter locations? Check. Cast magic with your hands? Check. Humor? Check. Decide the fate of a multiverse? Check! Fun? Check! Check! Check! Plus Easter eggs and multiple replays. And replayable. I would subscribe to Disney + for this if I didn’t already. I want the next installments.

  • Just Wow!

    SwagLordTony

When I heard that devices like the Vision Pro would introduce new ways of story telling, this is exactly what I was hoping for, and more! As someone who not only loves Marvel but also goes to Disney theme parks quiet often (I’m what you were considered to be a Disney adult), this truly felt like I was experiencing a brand new ride at Disney World. ILM and Disney/Marvel have something going on here and I will love to see more immersive experiences like these!

  • Fun treat for fans of ‘What If?’

    P Dash Dot

While I missed Jeffrey Wright, the animation style of ‘What If’ translated seamlessly to the immersive scenes. As long as you don’t expect something more along the lines of point-and-click than a FPS I think you’ll have fun. You don’t even need to know lore since these are all multiversal variants (but it definitely helps ~_^)

  • Buggy

    Can't find name not taken

It constantly crashes, lags and freezes. In the brief moment that it does work it’s a very fun game, but it’s not worth it when it’s closing all the time or when the graphics are lagging so far behind that you can’t figure out what’s going on. I have opened the Apple task manager and closed all the open applications and that did not help. I also restarted the Vision Pro and then also did not help. The game needs to be further refined or something is wrong with the one I have downloaded.

  • Tiny subtitles at awkwardly location

    the_real_bobert

I really wanted to use and like this app but was unable to. The subtitle ignores my subtitle preferences in visionOS settings. As deaf user with low vision, I need the subtitles to be large enough with my color choosing. This app has super tiny subtitle at very low location. It hurts eyes to look that low but pointless as its unreadable.Suggestion: Follow the subtitles (captioning) preferences as outlined by Apple Developer and allow location to be movable. I am willing to try again if this is fixed.
