Description

The application that provides insights on sleep and exercise based on data already collected by your devices.

1) What does it do?

Create tables that display relationships between sleep, exercise and walking.

What Sticks employs a straightforward approach to uncover the factors that influence your wellness. We believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness and to accomplish this we should access all available levers available to us – including our data.

2) Why?

Purpose: What Sticks is designed for users who seek to understand themselves better using an evidence-based approach. We help answer personal questions such as:

"Do I really sleep better when I exercise to the point of exhaustion?"
"How does cloudiness affect my walking habits?"
"Does weather influence my exercise routines?"

3) How?

Methodology: We harness the power of vast amounts of data already being collected from your devices. What Sticks provides simple, yet insightful statistical analyses, displaying correlations in user-friendly tables. Our approach is straightforward and unapologetically blunt in order to provide directionally correct and transparent answers now.

We are constantly updating the website and users can view the data collected and restructured to produce the correlations that are displayed on their iPhone tables at https://what-sticks.com/user_home after logging in.

For more in depth details into how calculations are made visit our GitHub page with the algorithms used to make the calculations: https://github.com/costa-rica/WhatSticks13DataTools.

4) Our Mission

Mission Statement: Our mission at What Sticks is to pioneer a shift toward personalized, holistic healthcare. We believe in harnessing precise data collection and analysis as a cornerstone for advancing Precision Medicine, ultimately enhancing individual health outcomes across the globe.
