Description

Have you ever wondered what those 4 numbers in the red diamond mean on the back of semi-trucks, rail cars, or tanks? They're codes that tell you what kind of Hazardous Material is being transported!

With this app, now you can figure out for yourself What's in that truck!

The 4 digit codes come from the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA).

What’s New

Fantastic!

Very easy and user friendly! Makes a great science project/conversation topic for adults and kids on a road trip. Much more intellectually stimulating than them playing a video game! Thank you!

Not accurate

This app tells you that every U.N./NA number you type in has a hazard class of 3.
I guess the app is interesting to some people but not useful to anyone who actually could use it.
