Ratings and Reviews
Great service, app needs work
We love the service we’ve been getting with deliveries, and quality is excellent. Two suggested improvements:
- Provide a way to view/print all items in an order. Right now it’s vendor by vendor.
- It’s not obvious that when a category is selected, search applies only within the category. Also not obvious that user can unselect the category for global search.
Excellent Way to Bring Farmer’s Market to Your Home
Very enjoyable user experience. Allows you to shop at a number of local merchants and this service picks up all your items and delivers them to you. Only weird part is each store shows up on your credit card as a separate charge, but everything else was flawless. Food came in a nice reusable bag and the driver was friendly as can be. Will definitely keep using!
Developer Response ,
Hi! We have an update coming in the next week or so which consolidates everything into one single charge! We know this has been a point of frustration for many and are glad to be providing an update that will resolve it. Thank you for shopping WhatsGood and submitting the positive review!
Tried to sell goat milk that was a month expired
I tried the app for pickup order for the first time last week. When I went to pickup my order, I was handed a 1/2 gallon of goat milk, where the container looked old. So I checked the container and found that the expiration date was over a month past. The pickup tent people did not think this was an issue since it was frozen... dairy still perishes even if frozen... it wasn’t until I took it to the manager’s tent that they would let me return it... I have yet to see the refund.
I purchased through farmers market app in hopes of getting something fresh but instead they try to sell expired dairy cause it’s an app order?
