Wheel House SF NEW 4+

I started running during the pandemic. I think at the peak I was running about 25 miles a week. My body was starting to compact and I was feeling about as limber as the tin man. I started taking Jillian’s power vinyasa class a few months ago and I’m so impressed with the progress she’s helped me achieve. My strength and flexibility is probably the best it’s ever been! The studio and staff is awesome! They even offer outdoor yoga a few days a week in a really cool location on one of the decks in 1 Embarcadero center! The facilities and even the shower products are top notch! Wheelhouse is starting to feel like a second home to me! :)

One thing that became clear in Covid is that exercise and training that strengthens the body, and mind and soul requires a community. There are plenty of online options for exercise now, and while I did many of them before and during Covid, nothing can replace the group energy in a club that works hard to create that, and has talented trainers who are committed to the growth of the members. You get all that at Wheel House. And the app works great :-)
