I really like it. My employer rolled this out about 2 months ago and I am quite satisfied. I use it almost nightly to help me fall asleep. (Working full time, full time in a masters program, a 5yo and a 8 month old= hard to settle my mind down to fall asleep)
The one thing I would change is that the app runs like a video even when there is no image playing. So when I open a session and play it- if I fall asleep during (which is kind of the point) my phone never goes off. So the screen stays lit with the image of the session and when it’s done it turns to a play button. I wish that it would allow the phone screen to turn off and just stop playing when it’s done.
Developer Response ,
Glad to hear that you like the content and thank you for your suggestions. You can turn your screen off right after starting an audio session, and it will continue to play until the session is over. Give it a try!
Can’t even log in; super frustrating
For something that is supposed to promote mindfulness and which I was hoping to use to help with relaxation, this app is currently doing the exact opposite. All I have received is a feeling of frustration while trying to login; I am less at peace than I was before I downloaded this currently useless app.
I have to log in via a third party and I have tried logging in via their little search function, which opens a safari window and shows I am able to link my third party app with whil but if I wanted to do this in safari I wouldn’t have bothered to download the app. I tried opening from my third party app, but that only opens it and it still asks you to search to link things (which, surprise!...opens safari). Somewhere in the help it says you can use your third party login information to log into whil directly. Well I tried that via the app and it didn’t work.
Great if your company offers it!
Great app provided by my employer. I’ve used at least 3-4 other leading apps (Headspace, Calm, etc.) and none have the same level of content production quality, variety and experts. 250 programs with great help for stress, anxiety, pain management and sleep. Wanted to get this for my wife and brother, but as people noted in other reviews, it’s currently only available through employer programs. Hoping it comes out with a consumer version.
