Description

White noise and lullabies will help babies fall asleep faster and sleep better

This often happens in newborn babies. Babies have an immature nervous system that is easily overstimulated by new sounds and sensations.
White noise can help create a predictable and consistent sleep environment, which can help regulate your baby's sleep-wake cycle and improve their overall sleep quality.

Bedtime can be turned into a ritual with the help of lullabies and various sounds.

!!White noise vs pink noise

When we think of white noise, we usually think of the unrecognizable static sounds of a TV or radio. The sound of a lawn mower, car engine, vacuum cleaner or hair dryer is also an example of white noise.

-Pink noise can be found in nature - running water, rain, blowing wind, rustling leaves, crashing waves - and it has less varied frequencies than white noise.

-White noise can better drown out harsh or very loud sounds such as slamming doors, fireworks and thunder. White noise also more closely resembles what babies hear in the womb.

Pink noise is good at masking weaker noise or continuous sounds, such as people talking or a TV playing in another room.
