This app is designed to make you swipe as much as possible, while showing as little information at any given time as possible.

I just want to quickly see how I'm doing in all nutrition categories for the day. But to do that, I need to swipe through... *seven*... screens. And each screen only shows three numbers (eaten, goal, left). This swipe-tastic design style is duplicated throughout the app.

For goodness sake, just put it all in one vertically scrolling list please!

Reboot Success

For someone who doesn’t necessarily enjoy food logging, I find that this app facilitates the process as much as possible. I usually eat the same meal for breakfast most days, so the fact that I can save that particular meal for future use is helpful. Also, the app will send you reminders if you forget to log for more than 2 or 3 days. Honestly, that is one of the only ways to keep myself accountable because of how easy it is to forget to do. I also like how this app emphasizes a balanced diet rather than calorie counting. I’ve struggled with calorie consciousness in that I obsess over the numbers too much, and end up eating some of the wrong things. I like how this time, I’m using an app that puts the focus more on eating balanced meals without restricting all sorts of foods and having to add up calories left and right.

Amazing Program for Weight Loss and Maintenance

While Body Reboot is awesome!

I have been using the online version of this program for many years. I am so happy that an app has been developed because it will make record keeping much easier as someone who is always on the go. I lost 25 pounds on this program when I first discovered it and have been able to maintain my weight using the online tools, and now the app.

The app is very clean and user friendly and I love the tutorial videos and sample menus provided. Another great feature of the app is that it tells me how much food I have left for the day so if I overeat at lunch I am prepared for how much I can eat the rest of the day to stay on track.

What I really like the most about this program is that I learned how to eat flavorful and healthy food while controlling my portions sizes without having to count calories. Also by being able to eat every 2-3 hours I find that I am never hungry, which in the past had always caused me to overeat. The recipes are flavorful and delicious and my energy has soared since I changed my way of eating.

I highly recommend this program for anyone struggling to lose weight who loves flavorful foods.
