Wibbi was the first provider of rehabilitation exercise software to offer an online exercise prescription service that is accessible in real-time. Why can’t I stay auto logged in

I do not understand why this is not a feature to keep users logged in . Or at the least have it work with the iOS ecosystem where it can auto log us in . Do they think that multiple users will use the same phone for their physical therapy . Just seems like easy thing that should have been implemented.

Fairly easy to use but somewhat clunky

Every time we see the physical therapist she adds more exercises to my dogs program, but for whatever reason each new set is a new program. This means I have to click into several different pages to complete each day’s PT exercises. It’s quite annoying to use, and I really wish it would allow me to combine them all without asking the PT to…who doesn’t seem to realize that her creating a new set is really frustrating on my end to use.

Hi Alina, thanks for your comment. It looks like your PT is creating a new program each time, there is a way to use the existing program by updating/deleting/adding exercises if the previous exercise program is no longer needed. The only solution to solve this is to talk to the PT directly. Like you said, PT is not aware of it. If your PT needs further assistance, you can ask him/her to contact ryan@physiotec.org. Thanks!

No issues

I’ve had no issues with the current set up and enjoy that I can get my exercises through my PT on an app rather than printed out or trying to go through my email to find it. Very useful and user friendly!
