Love the car hate the customer service
I tried to call and call and no one answered it for 4 hours... I’m still trying and I just want to activate my car and leave.
Poor service, parked in wrong lot, smelled of smoke
We reserved a car only to find that it was parked in a parking lot it was not authorized. We had to cancel that car and get a refund, and then go find another car that was parked in an authorized space. That car smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I’ve never used one of their cars where the phone charging cord worked, either. If you rent from them, be sure to bring your own, be sure to leave extra time to find the right car, and bring air freshener.
Love the service, hate the App / Amo el servicio, odio la App
Every couple of days, when I launch the App, it gives an authentication error and I need to login again with user and password...
A cada dos dias mas o menos, cuando abro la App, salta un error de autenticación y necesito loguearme de nuevo con correo y contraseña...
