Might just be user error but I set up my widgets with all the photos I wanted, and then I opened my computer a day later and they were all unsaved, and totally random pictures. So I then went through and manually put them all back, just for me to get to the last one and watch one of the other ones change to something random. I flipped on both PIN and Lock Position in the hopes it will stop it but lmk if its user error or just what will happen. Other than that I like the free options!

You can drag the desired local images to the "Photo" widget, and the source of the "Photo" widget will automatically switch to local files. This way, it will always display the fixed images you dragged in.

This app is great, the only issue I had with it is that you aren’t able to pick just one singular photo when using a Mac, the only option is picking an album, then the images rotate. But I just want one photo as a widget. Then I chose the file option but that didn’t let me use any of the photos from the designated photo file on Mac OS

It works pretty well and its super good my only issue is you have to pay for the cool stuff which is under but also the Medium widgets change on their own sometimes.
