Being able to break up my flight costs is a life saver

I fly a great deal, and have a love/hate relationship with inflight wifi, and the “15 minutes of free wifi” offers airlines tend to have. Most of the time there is one or two critical emails I am waiting for, but not sure when it will arrive, and so I strategically space out when to redeem that credit. Far enough into the flight that the email is likely to be there, but early enough that I still have time to do what I need with it. It’s super annoying, and I hate paying $10 or $20 flat rate internet for that one message. This app lets me have a credit that I can use a little bit at a time all flight. Let’s me check my emails and only pay a little, then again in 30 mins, etc. I end up getting through the flight for $2 worth of internet instead of $19. I honestly wish this app were supported universally. It’s such a better model than the flat rate thing where you buy minutes and data you don’t use.

Consistent way to get WiFi onboard flights

I love how easy and seamless it is to get WiFi on a flight with this app. With these credits, you can choose from most major airlines based in different countries. This works with all 3 legacy US carriers, which is great for me! The e-sim function is also pretty neat if you’re traveling and need something to tide you over until you can grab a sim card.

Double check the WiFi is working before purchasing

I’m going to heed some caution here. While it is nice to have internet on longer flights I would make sure you double check on your specific flight that the WiFi capabilities are actually working. Not one of my flights but two had their WiFi down. So my $30 purchase was rendered useless with no ability to refund. In the future I will wait until the flight is underway rather than trying to be preemptive.

I recommend the airline or the app finds a way to refund their patrons if the system is down.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble connecting to wifi. While we hate when our users have bad experience with inflight wifi, there is very little we can do in situations where the Wifi on the plane itself isn't working. We definitely make it a point to report such instances immediately to the respective airlines though so that they can fix the issue on their side ASAP. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Regarding refund, unfortunately, Apple makes consumable in-app purchase sales as final and doesn't give us an option to give refunds. As mentioned over email, we have already re-credited your account with the credits that you used during those flights.

The credits do not expire and you have access to 68M+ hotspots around the world apart from 5000 airplanes that we support for inflight wifi. So you can use it whenever you take your next eligible flight and anywhere you travel. We value your purchase and hope to make your experience better each time to use it.
